Yes! Rampeat is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Install it on your phone or desktop and it works offline for job cards, signatures and photos — changes queue locally and sync automatically when you reconnect. Quotes, invoices and statements need internet.

Absolutely. Each technician gets their own login. They see only their assigned jobs, can add photos, parts used, hours worked, and get a digital signature — all from their phone. Job cards, photos, and signatures work offline and sync when reconnected.

Go to Team → enter their name, email, and role (office, field, bookkeeper or Ram Scan). They'll get an email invite. Once accepted, they can log in immediately.

Go to Team → click Remove next to their name. Their profile and login are deleted, and their assigned jobs are transferred back to you. They cannot access the app again.

Create quotes, convert them to invoices, or bill directly from a job card. An invoice carries your own tax label and rate, taken from your company settings — the app never decides a rate for you. Add your company details and payment info, then send it.

Yes. Your data is stored on Supabase with enterprise-grade security. Each company's data is isolated (multi-tenant). We use Row Level Security (RLS) so no one can access your data.

Rampeat tracks equipment make, model, serial number, hours and odometer, and location. Built for any equipment-based business — forklifts, plumbing, solar, automotive, engineering, tyre shops, and more.

Rampeat generates professional PDF invoices with your company wordmark, tax number, banking details and branding, priced in your own currency.

Clients pay by bank transfer to the details printed on your invoice. Record the payment against the invoice when it lands.
