No. You (or your bookkeeper) file sales tax, GST, or income tax. The app prints the rate you stored.

Settings → tax label and tax rate. Leave the rate empty in the US if you do not collect sales tax. We do not look up state or zip rates.

Job cards, photos and signatures can work offline and sync later. Quotes, invoices, statements and billing need internet.

You photograph a supplier slip. The app reads supplier, date and total. Nothing is saved as final until a person confirms. The person who scans cannot approve their own slip. Check the figures. Caps apply per plan (trial is lower than paid Crew).

Users you invite in your company. We host on Supabase and Vercel. NOWPayments sees payment events. AI providers see slips you send to Ram Scan.

They pay you (bank transfer or whatever you print). That is not NOWPayments. Record the amount against the invoice when it lands.
